Pay/Compensation

- Rate: $0.80 - $0.90 per team
- Benefit: Phone allowance $60
- Sign-on Bonus: Teams $3,000 -> $1,500 per driver
- Safety & Fuel Performance Premium: +$0.02 per mile (2 cents)

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 2* years *of verifiable commercial driving experience (Mandatory).
- Licensing: Valid Class A / AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Driving Record: A clean driving abstract and CVOR with no major violations.
- Border Readiness: Must possess valid documentation to legally enter and work in the United States (FAST Card or valid Passport/Visa).
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, self-reliance (for solo), strong cooperation skills (for teams), and a deep commitment to strict punctuality.
