Scrum Master (8+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services to support enterprise delivery teams in a fast‑paced, regulatory‑driven environment. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands-on Agile delivery experience, exceptional facilitation skills, and a proven track record of enabling high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals

- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across teams

- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and delivery discipline

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Technology, Business, Compliance, QA, Architecture)





- Ensure delivery alignment with banking regulatory standards and enterprise governance

- Track and report sprint metrics, team performance, and delivery risks

- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments

- Strong experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services

- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

- Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

- Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, PMI-ACP
