Dealership Parts Manager experience is a MUST! We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of the department, and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department.
- Coaching, supporting, and motivating your team to achieve departmental goals.
- Managing inventory levels, purchasing, pricing, and special orders.
- Working closely with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need when they need them.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitoring departmental performance, profitability, and inventory turnover.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and efficient parts processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, customer satisfaction, and overall department performance.

What We’re Looking For





- Previous Parts Manager experience at an automotive dealership is required.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and dealership parts operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and leads by example.
