Night Auditor

Candidates Must be legally authorized to work in Canada as a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid open work permit with at least 12 months of validity remaining.

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to support hotel operations during overnight shifts. This role combines front desk guest services, daily financial reconciliation, reporting, and hotel security to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform nightly audits, reconcile transactions, balance accounts, and prepare daily reports.
- Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and process payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Conduct overnight property rounds, monitor security, and report safety concerns.
- Ensure public areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Communicate important information to other departments and incoming shifts.
- Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and complete other assigned duties.

Qualifications





- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset.
- Basic accounting, math, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent guest service.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.

Schedule and Working Conditions

- Shift: Overnight, typically 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Availability: Must have open availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a hotel environment with light to moderate physical activity.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
