WestMat seeks a full time Journeyperson Field Service Technician for material handling equipment repairs. Inspect, diagnose, and repair propane, diesel, and electric forklifts, pallet trucks, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and warehouse equipment. Communicate directly with customers about repair needs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify further repairs
- Travel to customers using a fully equipped service vehicle




- Manage parts inventory and track vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Heavy Duty or Automotive Mechanics certification
- Two years of journeyperson mechanical experience required
- Basic electrical knowledge for equipment diagnosis and repair
- Valid non-GDL license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical tasks
