Operate aerospace production equipment at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. while applying mechanical aptitude and precision inspection skills. This is a full time manufacturing position.

The Side Grinding Machine Operator sets up and operates at least one production process, using CNC or manually controlled equipment. The work supports required standards through problem solving, quality responsibility, precision measurement, and accurate production records. Operators may train colleagues, support other departments, and maintain certifications through the Certified Operator Program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC or manually controlled production equipment
- Troubleshoot process issues and perform basic problem solving




- Inspect completed work using precision measuring equipment
- Record production data in routers, IMS, and tracking systems
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S across all assigned areas

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret production prints
- Adequate computer skills for accessing production procedures
- Ability to pass Controlled Goods and criminal background assessments
