Under store management supervision, the Merchandise Associate receives and checks merchandise while maintaining an organized backstore. The work includes reviewing receipts, shipment orders, labels, transfers, sales floor placement, customer service, and head office procedures. Experience handling goods is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and account for merchandise receipts and shipment orders
- Identify potential errors in merchandise documentation
- Label merchandise with accurate prices and correct errors
- Prepare products for store or distribution centre transfers




- Maintain the backstore and place products on the sales floor

Requirements:

- Comfort lifting heavy merchandise during physical work
- Organized, productive, methodical, autonomous, and resourceful approach
- Experience handling goods considered an asset
- Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
