Support overnight guests at The C Hotel by Carmen’s in Hamilton using front desk service, reporting, and careful account review. This permanent, part-time position covers 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

As a Night Auditor with Carmen’s Group, you will support the hotel’s overnight operations and help each morning begin smoothly. The work combines guest assistance, check-in support, financial reporting, and accurate review of guest accounts. You will also respond to requests, address concerns, and advance the front desk system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and assist with overnight check-in needs
- Respond courteously to questions and guest requests
- Review accounts, receipts, vouchers, and daily records




- Prepare financial reports according to company procedures
- Advance the front desk system for the next business day

Requirements:

- One to two years of hotel experience
- Current Smart Serve certification
- Availability for weekday and weekend overnight shifts
- Friendly, professional guest service approach
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
