As a Build and Release Support Engineer, you will provide developer-facing technical support across build and delivery systems. The work includes Maven, Java build systems, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Spinnaker. You will investigate complex issues, improve troubleshooting, and strengthen software delivery reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline support through Slack and ticketing systems
- Diagnose build failures, pipeline issues, and dependency conflicts
- Investigate Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Spinnaker issues
- Manage incidents and identify technical root causes




- Prepare detailed escalations with logs and reproduction steps

Requirements:

- Two to five years in build, release, DevOps, SRE, or development
- Strong Git and CI/CD platform proficiency
- Hands-on Maven, Java tooling, and artifact repository experience
- Solid Linux, Unix, Python, and Bash skills
- Practical Docker knowledge; Kubernetes familiarity is advantageous
