As a Department Specialized Associate, you will provide electronics product information, answer questions, recommend products, and retrieve merchandise from locked cabinets. You will complete standard floor associate work, including Deep Zone, CAP/VizPick, PinPoint, price changes, feature-to-home, zoning, and modular completion. The position also includes promoting Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, charity events, and OMNI extended aisle offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Recommend products and retrieve goods from locked cabinets
- Complete Deep Zone,
CAP/VizPick, and PinPoint processes
- Set and complete modulars, price changes, and zoning
- Support complex product launches and train store areas
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Product knowledge in electronics or this specialized field
- Ability to prioritize customer service over tasks
- Ability to promote Walmart offerings and events
- Ability to advise other store areas during launches
