Key Responsibilities

- Execute timely and safe deliveries of packages to various customer locations within the Kimberley service area.
- Operate a company-provided or personal vehicle (as per agreement) adhering to traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Utilize a mobile application for real-time route guidance, delivery tracking, and proof-of-delivery.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers during delivery interactions.




- Manage delivery schedules efficiently, aiming for optimal route performance.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after shifts, reporting any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Assist with remote administrative tasks such as schedule confirmations or basic reporting as needed.
- Resolve minor delivery issues or customer queries effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license (Code 08) and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Kimberley and Northern Cape road systems.
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications for navigation and delivery management.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be legally permitted to work in South Africa.
- Physical ability to handle packages of moderate weight.
- Willingness to engage in remote administrative support tasks when required.
