Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Property Administrator. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This is a full-time position based in our office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, vendors, and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a skilled and courteous manner
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Must be familiar with accounting procedures and software.
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Assist with contracts with vendors and service providers
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and renewals
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Previous administrative or office experience is required
