Each brand-current station includes:

- Approximately 12' × 12' of dedicated workspace
- Bright studio lighting plus an adjustable directional lamp
- Hydraulic bed
- Husky toolbox
- Shelving and storage
- Dedicated shelf for a sharps container, if needed

The generous layout provides plenty of room to work comfortably and professionally. Ideal renters are clean, reliable, licensed and insured where required, and comfortable working in a shared creative studio environment.
