Job Summary

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT - SINGLE POSITION: Location – NORTH YORK, Salary $30,000, plus 1 bedrm apt, cell phone allowance, basic cable, parking, and utilities

Duties

- We require direct hands on CLEANING experience, good communication and cleaning skills is a MUST. The job description includes heavy cleaning work, some administration, maintenance and service work .
- It is a full time job for one person (8am to 4pm) and the person must be at the building working during those hours.
- As well, every second night and weekend there are on-call duties required and you MUST be present in the building during on call shifts and attend to emergency matters, urgent service requests and general building walk throughs and cleaning.
