A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning bathrooms

- Use of burnisher and auto scrubber

- Vacuuming

- Cleaning windows

- Wiping down horizontal surfaces

- Dusting

- Sweeping and mopping
