Overview

This is a job is for a food truck kitchen helper/cook. The Kitchen Helper/Cook supports daily kitchen operations through food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, and serving.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and meals, following established recipes and kitchen routines.
- Cook and serve food promptly, helping maintain an orderly flow of food service.
- Handle food carefully and follow food safety practices during preparation, cooking, and service.
- Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, and coordinate with colleagues during busy periods.

Key Points:

1. Must be fast learner and fast paced and knows about food prep and line assembly operations as well.

2. Adaptive to cold and hot weather conditions as job is in a food truck where temperature control is limited.

3.



Must be able to work with veg and non-veg.

Qualifications

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling capabilities, with attention to food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, or food industry experience, including meal preparation, is helpful for adapting to kitchen routines and supporting consistent service.

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
