Job Summary

The Customer Service and Event Representative supports customers and event attendees through clear, courteous communication and dependable service. This sector-neutral role combines customer service, sales support, and accurate data entry to help people get timely answers and make informed choices.

Duties

- Respond to customer questions using professional phone etiquette and clear communication in English.
- Explain relevant products, services, or event information, identify customer needs, and support sales through appropriate upselling.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and event records, reviewing information for completeness and consistency.
- Use analysis skills to recognize recurring questions or service issues and share useful observations with colleagues.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, customer service, professional phone etiquette, accurate data entry, and the ability to review information carefully are practical capabilities for this role. English proficiency supports explicit interactions with customers and colleagues. Preferred: Related customer service, event, or sales experience, along with bilingual or multilingual communication skills; Spanish is especially useful when assisting Spanish-speaking customers. Comfort identifying customer needs and making relevant product or service suggestions is an advantage.

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
