Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client experience and increase salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, relaxing environment that encourages repeat visits
- Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative solutions




- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for long-lasting results

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, health regulations, and safety standards in a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn preferred
- Strong sales skills for upselling retail products and promoting additional services
- Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment
