DanFoss Couriers & Freight is looking for a PART TIME delivery driver in the Campbell River area. This position involves driving a LARGE Ford transit van, delivering pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies to pharmacies, hospitals, resident care homes, etc. in the Courtenay/Comox area.

There will be future opportunities for full-time positions, but we are hiring specifically for P/T (20-24hrs/week), with potential for more when temporary illness/vacation coverage is required.

Full training is provided.

Basic Requirements:

- A valid class 5 British Columbia driver's license
- A clean driving record with less than 6 points
- A positive attitude
- Proficiency with mobile devices/apps
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management




- Over 21 years old (suitable for a fit retired person)
- Able to work in all weather conditions (including snow)
- Able to safely operate a full-size cargo van
- Able to work up to 9 hours per day and work overtime when necessary
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal)
- Able to lift, pull and push up to 100 pounds
- Able to carry 50 pound items up flights of stairs (a rarity, but conceivably necessary)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50-$23.00 per hour
