- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (line cook or similar role)
- Strong weekend availability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- A positive, team‑focused attitude
- Consistency, reliability, and strong attention to detail
