We’re Looking for a Finance Leader Who Wants to Win
We are looking for someone who does more than report the numbers.
We want a leader who understands the business, challenges assumptions, brings forward solutions and moves with urgency to improve the outcome.
Someone who thinks like an owner.
Someone who is comfortable saying:
“Here’s the issue. Here’s what it will take. Here’s the plan.”
Not someone who overpromises or ignores risk.
Someone who is clear, accountable, decisive and driven to follow through.
