Lola's Cluck + Oink is a small food vendor in the eclectic space of Fresh & Local Market + Kitchens. Specializing in Filipino fare, we are quickly being recognized as a quality provider of Filipino food made with passion.

## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Filipino cuisine and an excellent work ethic to often lead a public-facing kitchen.

## Duties
- Assist/lead food preparation and meal assembly
- Handle food in compliance with health and safety standards
- Hybrid front and back of the house duties focused on executing prepared recipe cards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service

## Requirements
- Candidate MUST be available to work weekends. Shift range is from 10:30AM-9:30PM





- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred with focus on Filipino food
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
