As a Restaurant Server , you play a key role in welcoming guests and providing exceptional service, ensuring that every meal is an enjoyable and memorable experience. You take orders attentively, respond to guests’ needs, and ensure smooth, professional service throughout their dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly greeting;
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages;
- Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff;
- Recommend wines to complement guests’ meal selections;
- Serve food and beverages as ordered;
- Receive and address guest complaints professionally;
- Enter orders into the computer system;
- Present bills to guests and collect payments.

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in food service
