As a Maintenance Worker, you will support the Maintenance Manager and Facilities team. The work covers general repairs, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds upkeep, and resident requests. You will help maintain a protected, comfortable 107-suite independent living community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete general repairs and preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
- Document work orders accurately and timely
- Maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, and exteriors
- Support seasonal grounds and parking upkeep

Requirements:

- One to two or more years’ maintenance experience is an asset
- High school diploma required
- Understand basic plumbing, electrical, and repair techniques
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check
