As part of the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. store leadership team, you will act as Floor Supervisor and guide effective operations. The position emphasizes customer focus, interpersonal communication, product knowledge, brand awareness, and daily sales achievement. No supervisory experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing routines
- Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Operate register and point-of-sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders
- Drive customer experience and daily sales achievement
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Robust customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and current fashion trend knowledge
- Availability Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
