FirstService Residential seeks a Heavy-Duty Cleaner Floater for two shifts between Monday and Sunday, 8:00am and 4:30pm. The work supports owner and guest satisfaction through restroom servicing, floor care, waste removal, grounds cleaning, and property observation. Assignments may change with building needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service restrooms throughout assigned properties
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
- Gather and dispose of rubbish and waste materials
- Report repairs, hazards, and vendor service requirements
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and compactor rooms
Requirements:
- Knowledge of janitorial methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to operate vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and move equipment
- Knowledge of building and property security procedures
