SAP IBP planning expertise supports Agropur’s Fresh Products supply chain as a Planning Coordinator, balancing demand, production, and distribution.

This regular position leads S&OP; and S&OE; processes across the Fresh Products network. You will develop production and distribution plans, project inventory, manage promotional volumes, and collaborate with demand management, distribution planning, and manufacturing operations teams. The position focuses on customer service objectives, manufacturing efficiency, and effective process governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adjust short and medium term master production plans
- Lead daily and weekly S&OE; execution meetings
- Communicate forward fill rate risks with commercial teams




- Coordinate production and distribution plan execution
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust them

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, engineering, or relevant fields
- Three years of relevant manufacturing or distribution experience
- Two years of ERP system experience
- SAP and IBP experience considered assets
- French and English oral and written communication skills
