Commercial/Industrial Experience that we would like you to bring to the table:

- Work on electricalprojects, assessing the project requirements, materials, timelines, andgoals.
- Work with the foremanto meet deadlines.
- Complyingstrictly with Canadian Electrical Code and local building regulations.
- Organize andprioritize tasks and to ensure required resources are available.
- Communicateprogress of projects with the team and management.
- Know, understand,and participate in safety/incident investigations.
- Plan, assemble,install, repair, test and maintain electrical fixtures and systemsthat provide heat, light, power or control at commercial sites.
- Experience withdistribution and transformers.
- Effectivelyinterpret blueprints and schematics is essential to ensure safety andcompleteness within the project.
- Inspect systemsand components to identify hazards or defects to ensure compliancewith project specifications.
- Enforceand maintain clean site facilities and equipment and complywith all safety standards.
- Fire alarmexperience is a must.
- Perform otherrelated duties as required.

Working Conditions:





- Outdoor fieldwork occurs in adverse weather conditions and has a normal hazard associatedwith construction sites.
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as ladders,solar panels, panel boards, and other similar electrical equipment andsupplies.
- This positionrequires performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending, andstanding for long periods.

Safety Certifications that we look for, however if you do not have them all we would schedule an in-house training session; it is not a deal breaker:

- WHMIS
- First Aid
- Fall Protection
- Lift Training
- Confined Spaces is considered anasset.
