CHANEL is currently looking for a permanent full time Fragrance Advisor for our counter located in The Bay Queen, Toronto.
As a Fragrance Advisor, you will sell CHANEL Fragrance products through extensive product knowledge. You will relate to customer needs ensuring repeat sales and loyal customers. Project the CHANEL Image through excellent grooming using CHANEL treatment, makeup and fragrances. Although job commitment is on the Fragrance category, it is essential to always oversee skin care & beauty as well.
Main responsibilities
Sell proactively through initiatives to maximize and exceed sales targets.
Provide superior customer experience and extend exceptional client care through consultations.
Increase customer base and build business.
Organize details for special events and promotion, in conjunction with the Account Manager and Assistant Manager.
Be responsible for inventory management.
