Support residents at Bethany Residence in Burlington through laundry, housekeeping, and food services during 7:00AM-3:30PM shifts. Full-time and part time schedules are available.

Thrive Group is hiring Support Service Workers reporting to a Supervisor. You may collect, launder, and return personal laundry, maintain resident apartments and common areas, or set and serve meals. The work also includes dishwashing, safe food preparation, and safe food handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, launder, and return residents’ personal laundry
- Perform housekeeping in apartments and common areas
- Set and serve meals to residents
- Wash dishes and maintain sanitary work areas
- Follow safe food preparation and handling practices

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education or equivalent preferred
- Obtain the Food Handlers Certificate within 60 days
- Provide reliable, punctual, exceptional customer service
- Work independently and collaboratively with residents and colleagues
- Manage priorities, timelines, physical demands, and regular attendance
