Position Overview: Stewart Creek is seeking a motivated and skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and team in delivering high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, maintains high standards, and demonstrates strong leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily kitchen operations for à la carte dining and banquet services.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow all culinary best practices, including food handling, menu preparation, sanitation, and health and safety procedures.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and effective service.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
- Culinary training, certifications, or other relevant qualifications are considered an asset.




- Knowledge of proper food handling, kitchen sanitation, and health and safety standards.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
