Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock as needed
- Ensure all food served meets safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations





Skills

- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail for plating and presentation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior kitchen or food industry experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service standards is advantageous
