Salary: $17.95 per hour plus uncapped commission.

Job Overview





Our employer partner is seeking CANTONESE/MANDARIN-SPEAKING In-Store Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known financial brand inside major retail locations across Canada. In this customer-facing sales role, you will engage customers, explain the benefits of credit card products, understand customer needs, and guide interested customers through the application process while delivering a positive customer experience.

Duties

Engage customers on the retail floor and explain the benefits of the client’s credit card product in a clear and relatable way.

Listen to customers’ needs and help them understand which product may fit their lifestyle.

Build product knowledge and serve as a resource for customers and store staff.

Promote brand awareness and new customer acquisition through one-on-one conversations.

Deliver a positive customer experience from the initial conversation through the application process.

Use authentic and creative approaches to engage customers throughout the day.

Build robust working relationships with store teams across assigned locations.

Handle customer information professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Work across multiple store locations within the assigned region as business needs require.

Requirements

Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations.

Comfortable working toward sales goals and motivated to exceed targets.

Strong communication and listening skills,



with the ability to adapt to different customers.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.

Professional and discreet when handling sensitive customer information.

Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.

Willing to learn and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Access to a vehicle or a valid driver’s licence is helpful but not required.
