Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

What you'll do:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience — connect with customers, understand their style and needs, and offer personalised eyewear recommendations

- Drive sales and build lasting customer relationships, consistently working toward daily and weekly sales targets

- Become a vision expert: learn our products, brands and the latest trends, and recommend eyewear to fit each customer's lifestyle

- Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing, with displays and inventory neat and attractive

- Work as part of a supportive team, contributing to a positive, inclusive store environment

- Help with minor adjustments and repairs as trained

What we're looking for:

- A friendly,



customer-first attitude and robust communication skills

- A self-motivated team player who can multitask in a fast-paced store

- Comfortable learning new technology and products, with a high level of accuracy

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during the holiday season

- Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — training is provided

- High school diploma or equivalent
