The office of Dr. Lorne Kamelchuk is looking for a Full-Time Orthodontic Receptionist for a Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00pm position. Who's committed, hardworking, and a caring person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a keen eye for details. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our practice.

**Responsibilities**

-Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office

-Answering the phone calls and messages

-Maintain patients records and update information as necessary

-Manage billing and insurance claims

-Along with many other day-to-day tasks

**Qualifications**

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Good telephone etiquette

-Exceptional organizational skills

-Excellent customer service
