Temporary Facilities Worker

(3-month contract with possible extension of contract)

Schedule: Sundays from 2-10 pm, Mondays from 3-11 pm & Thursdays from 3-11 pm.

We are seeking a Facilities Worker who demonstrates initiative, reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and a strong commitment to health and safety, taking ownership of their responsibilities and contributing to an exceptional environment for members, guests, and staff.

The Facilities Worker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, organization, and overall appearance of the Club’s interior and exterior facilities to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about their work, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance and cleaning needs. Responsibilities include general and heavy-duty cleaning, floor care,



washroom and window cleaning, waste removal, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and the safe operation of cleaning and maintenance equipment. The role may also involve assisting with minor repairs and maintenance, including painting, installing fixtures and artwork, and performing basic mechanical, plumbing, and woodworking tasks. Additional duties include assisting with laundry, receiving and distributing deliveries, parking lot vehicle movements, and setting up and dismantling function spaces for Club events.

Pay: $19.88 per hour
