- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, aiming not only to meet but exceed sales targets.
- Work alongside optometrists and learn how to use pre-testing machines
- Providing exceptional eyewear styling advice to patients and potential customers
- Giving eyewear recommendations to customers that appeal to their look and personality
- Building meaningful relationships with customers, making them feel comfortable and inclined to visit us again!

About You:

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in obtaining healthcare experience in a familiar retail setting. Successful applicants will possess the following:

- Strong background in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Direct and professional communication skills complemented by outstanding listening skills.
- A motivated worker who takes initiative, ready to help out to the best of their ability
- Knowledge of eyewear styling, or a willingness and curiosity to learn
- A people person who can work well with customers and team members alike
