This Framer position serves customers at Michaels’ TOR-MISSISSAUGA/WINSTON CHURCHILL BLVD location. You will build relationships, create framing solutions, and deliver sales and production results. The work also includes ready-made frame maintenance, merchandising, cash handling, stocking, and customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build customer relationships through personalized framing solutions
- Deliver framing sales and production results
- Keep the frame department merchandised and in stock
- Acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide solutions
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes

Requirements:

- Basic measuring and computer skills
- Ability to use framing equipment and a glass cutter
- Retail background preferred
- Product or service sales experience preferred
- Ability to access high shelves using a ladder
