Use Xactimate estimating and compliance coordination skills in an office-based technician role supporting restoration project delivery. Accuracy and timely follow-through matter.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position assists Project Managers with estimates, file status updates, and insurance compliance requirements. The work includes communication with Project Managers, PMAs, Adjusters, Reviewers, and the General Manager. Familiarity with Fairline, Ask Aimee, project management software, Office 365, and Microsoft Office supports the administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with accurate and timely Xactimate estimates
- Maintain insurance compliance for each file
- Update job statuses and compliance information




- Finalize estimates using Fairline and Ask Aimee
- Correct noncompliance issues with Adjusters and Reviewers

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- Xactimate training or experience preferred
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access knowledge
- Robust organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Support accurate estimates, compliant files, and strong project communication through Xactimate and detailed administration.
