As an intermediate Advisor Lead, you support store management with shift oversight in your department and other areas as needed. You set selling examples, supervise store upkeep, coach part time team members, and help achieve daily sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model active selling behaviors and techniques for store teams
- Supervise visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, and seasonal changeover
- Oversee inventory and signing through staff supervision
- Mentor and coach part-time team members
- Operate the store when management is absent

Requirements:

- At least six months of retail experience
- Ability to build daily department and store plans
- Previous employee training and mentoring experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for active, healthy living
