McGill University Advancement is hiring Phonathon Callers for Annual Giving. Under established instructions, callers contact alumni and parents, explain fundraising initiatives, answer questions, and pursue established performance goals. Some inquiries require research or escalation to the Phonathon Calling Team Lead or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact McGill alumni and parents using established scripts
- Secure donations for the McGill Fund
- Explain fundraising and academic initiatives clearly
- Research inquiries and escalate complex questions
- Enter donor responses into the internal database

Requirements:

- Current McGill student enrollment
- High School Diploma and one year relevant experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or French
- Sales or call center experience
- English communication ability at McGill’s assessed level three
