Serve guests at Mossop's Social House in downtown Toronto, using menu knowledge and timely service to support an excellent experience. This part-time position requires flexible shifts.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Experience Manager, the Server supports restaurant and hotel service at Hotel Victoria. You will manage guest queries, serve beverages under licensing regulations, process payments, and maintain stocked floor stations. Smart-Serve certification is required, while Food Safe certification is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely manner
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages compliantly
- Maintain menu and product knowledge
- Deliver food and beverages in proper sequence
- Process payments, receipts, change, and guest charges

Requirements:

- Smart-Serve certification
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards
- Flexible availability for diverse shifts and holidays
- Weekend on-call availability and Food Safe certification asset
