About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Registry Agent to join our team. We welcome both experienced registry professionals and candidates who are eager to learn. Training will be provided to the right applicant.

The successful candidate will provide accurate, efficient, and qualified service to customers while following Alberta registry requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities

- Process Alberta motor vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and related transactions.
- Assist customers with driver's licence services and Alberta identification cards.
- Verify identification and supporting documents in accordance with Alberta requirements.
- Explain registry procedures, fees, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Protect confidential customer information and follow applicable privacy requirements.
- Follow Alberta registry policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications





- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn registry systems.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Previous Alberta registry experience is an asset but not required.
- Willingness to complete any required training and meet applicable registry agent authorization requirements.
