Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 2–3 restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple teams, maintain high service and food-quality standards, and ensure each location operates efficiently and profitably.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting restaurant managers and staff, driving sales and operational performance, maintaining excellent guest experiences, and ensuring company standards are consistently followed across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of 2–3 restaurant locations
- Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant management and staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales, labour costs, food costs, and overall restaurant performance
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development
- Review staffing levels and ensure appropriate coverage at each location
- Conduct regular visits to each restaurant and identify areas for improvement
- Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally
- Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, and food-cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food-handling, and company standards




- Work with restaurant managers to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Review operational and financial reports and implement corrective actions when needed
- Maintain consistent company standards across all locations
- Assist with opening, closing, promotions, special events, and other operational needs as required

Qualifications:

- Previous restaurant management experience
- Multi-location management experience is an asset
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labour, and food-cost management
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations

We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and can build solid teams across multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, results-oriented, and passionate about creating an excellent guest experience while maintaining strong operational performance.

Pay: $39,742.74-$75,095.81 per year
