ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a personable, self-directed Sales & Marketing Director to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while supporting occupancy growth through consultative sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated sales experience, a commitment to excellent customer service, and an interest in helping residences explore their comprehensive accommodation options.

Schedules: Days & weekends

Responsibilities

- Support clients and their family in making informed choices through consultative selling.
- Drive growth and meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Manage telephone inquiries and convert inquiries into personal visit bookings.
- Conduct residence tours, manage follow-ups, and finalize sales through lease signings.
- Track sales activities in the CRM system and analyze reports to identify community-specific trends.
- Build and maintain a qualified lead database.
- Develop and maintain strategic referral partnerships within the local healthcare community and the broader community.
- Develop, promote, and implement marketing plans and events.
- Help individuals and their families understand available care and service options, including memory and dementia care, where offered.




- Work collaboratively with the residence team and support related initiatives while maintaining core sales and marketing responsibilities.

- Strong networking, communication, and customer service skills.
- A self-directed approach, with solid initiative and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
- An interest in working with clients and supporting their decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a base salary of $64,000–$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, together with sales bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
