Earn commission from day one, with a first-year income floor of $60,000 and a second-year floor of $70,000 for performing apprentices. No automotive experience required. Our structured training plan gives you the product knowledge, process, and hands-on coaching to build a real career, not just start a job.

We also offer a service department open 7 days a week, and mobile service vans that come to you at no mobilization fee for as long as you own your vehicle. As a new consultant, that gives you something real to talk about with every guest.

Commission With an Income Floor

- Earn commission from day one, and keep everything you earn

What We're Looking For

- A track record of success in any industry: sales, hospitality, retail, customer service
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A team player who is coachable and takes direction well from their coach or journeyperson
- Someone who shows up ready to serve our guests every day. Reliability matters here

Hours of Work

Monday to Saturday. Rotating morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Closed Sundays.
