Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Labourer/Supervisor to join team. This role combines hands-on labour with supervisory responsibilities. As a leader in office, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks among team members, and ensure adherence safety protocols.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of labourers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Assist with physical labour tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and clean-up as needed

Requirements

- Supervising experience in a yard environment
- Forklift experience
- Good English and French is an advantage as a lot of our workers speak it fluently.
- Strong communication skills for effective team leadership and coordination

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
