Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. This role offers opportunities to work with various warehouse management systems and heavy machinery, contributing to efficient distribution processes in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
- Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control
- Utilize warehouse management systems like AS400 for inventory tracking and order processing
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in construction or manufacturing-related tasks as needed for warehouse maintenance or setup
- Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock and maintaining a clean work environment
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas using appropriate equipment

Requirements





- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and heavy equipment operation
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems such as AS400
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery like forklifts, cranes, and order pickers
- Ability to operate reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment safely
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
- Experience with warehouse distribution, manufacturing environments, or construction is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience with warehouse experience or management systems is preferred

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
