A Non-Profit Organization with a Mandate to Provide Services to Adults with Intellectual Disabilities.

Applications are currently being accepted for a Direct Service Worker for a full time indeterminate term position in the Day Service department. The successful applicant would work a 6.25-hour shift Monday through Friday.

The wage rate is $17.50 per hour.

Direct Service Workers support and assist Individuals in daily routines and activities. The successful candidates will be committed to the goals and objectives of the organization and supportive of its programs and services.

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 or equivalent

- Satisfactory English communication skills

- Valid Driver’s License, required

- Experience working with adults with developmental/physical disabilities an asset





Employment is subject to a Criminal Record Check and Adult and Child Abuse Registry Checks. Successful candidates will be required to obtain First Aid&CPR;/AED certification and provide a satisfactory driver abstract. All charges incurred will be at the expense of the candidate.
