Our work includes brand activations, trade shows, pop-up shops, retail installations, luxury weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We produce and install custom signage, backdrops, display walls, branded structures, and other event elements.

We're looking for someone who is practical, hardworking, comfortable using tools, and able to assist our lead installer with a variety of hands-on tasks.

What You'll Help Us With

- Assist with event teardowns, disassembly, and site cleanup.

The Person We're Looking For

- Basic knowledge of painting, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
- Comfortable with basic carpentry, assembly, and construction-related tasks.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials, including large wood panels, with appropriate assistance and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, take direction from the lead installer, and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling finished signage, graphics, and client installations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work within strict event deadlines.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable personal transportation to travel independently to installation locations throughout Toronto and the GTA.

Additional Assets (Not Required)

- Previous experience in event installations, trade shows, signage, construction, carpentry, or scenic fabrication.
- Experience installing vinyl graphics, wall decals, signage, or large-format displays.
- Familiarity with building temporary event walls, backdrops, platforms, or display structures.
- Experience with painting and finishing event props or custom wood builds.
- Own hand and power tools are preferred, but tools can also be provided.

Availability & Working Arrangement

This is an ongoing freelance/on-call position with variable, project-based hours.

Our workload fluctuates throughout the year, particularly during peak event seasons. Some weeks may involve multiple installations, while others may have little or no work.

- Must be available for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, late-night & overnight installations/teardowns, depending on event schedules.
- Installation and teardown shifts may vary in length.
- Must be able to travel independently to different venues throughout Toronto and the GTA.
- Work will be offered based on project requirements and availability.
- No guaranteed weekly hours or fixed schedule.

We don't expect 24/7 availability, but we do value flexibility, transparent communication, and reliability when committing to a project.
